WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
Women of Power

Proverbs 14:1 states, “The wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands.”

At Living Water fellowship, the Women’s Ministry aims to encourage women to live fulfilled lives, grounded in the Word of God and to embrace their full potential through Jesus Christ. Developing strong connections where we inspire each other is also an essential part of our ministry. Proverbs 31:26 states, “She opens her mouth with wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

Woman must know intrinsically their worth as virtuous women and that they are fearfully and wonderfully made. Whatever title you may carry, (mother, grandmother, wife, stepmother, sister, daughter, aunt, niece, mother-in-law) you are precious and we want to see every woman become well-rounded, faith-filled, compassionate, devoted, healthy, courageous, diligent, influential, unshakeable and empowered in every sphere of society. In all that we endeavour to accomplish, we are reminded by 2 Corinthians 12:19 which states, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

MEN'S MINISTRIES

Living Water Fellowship Men’s Ministry strives to enable men to encounter God and connect with each other. This is summed up in one of our key scriptures Proverbs 27:17, which says “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friends.”

Furthermore, Proverbs 28:12 states, “When righteous men do rejoice there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.” Through prayer, the Word and building relationships, our aim is to produce better Christians and better men, husbands, fathers and friends, who are comfortable to share their faith in God in any setting.

PRAYER

At Living Water Fellowship, we believe that prayer to the all-powerful God changes things. Prayer must be an integral, indispensable and mandatory part of the Church growth and development.  We carry out the mandate of Jesus Christ, “…My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations…” Matthew 21:13. Corporate prayer is held every Friday and in other cell groups on a weekly basis.

YOUTH MINISTRIES

At Living Water Fellowship, we are strong proponents of succession planning in order to empower and equip our youths to become leaders in various fields to impact and transform lives.  We understand that they are the future. Therefore, it is essential that we invest in our young people and provide mentorship programs for each youth.

The goals of the Youth Ministry is to empower our young people to:

  • commit their lives totally to Jesus Christ and grow in their faith

  • evangelise effectively to win others to Christ

  • become excellent leaders NOW as well as in the FUTURE

  • inspire them to be forces of social change

We use a variety of methods to present God’s Word to our young people. A life without purpose is a hopeless life without direction. Consequently, we encourage all young people to develop a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ and discover and pursue His purpose for their lives. As a team of enthusiastic youth workers, we actively support our young people to put into practise the principles of God’s Word.

Kids in Preschool

Kids Corner

Living Water Fellowship Children’s Ministry’s mission is to deliver vibrant fun-filled Bible teachings to children from preschool to 12 years of age, making sure they understand how the stories are relevant to their lives. To teach them that our world may change, but our God never changes.

We aim to engage, develop faith and be intentional to give our children the opportunity to take ownership of their own growth and development in Christ Jesus.

Our exciting activities include: singing, dancing, praise and worship, art, role play/drama, storytelling, creative writing, reading the Word and many more activities.

Ultimately, we endeavour to carry out the Lord’s command in Proverbs 22:6, “Direct your children onto the right path and when they are older, they will not leave it.”
